Process
Step 1: Brief
A 30-minute call. Hours, children's ages, household, budget, start date.
Step 2: Shortlist
Two to four candidates within 10 working days. Each interviewed in person, with a written profile, two verified references and DBS confirmation.
Step 3: Interviews and offer
Interviews arranged and debriefed. Offer, gross salary and contract template handled.
Step 4: After the start date
Check-ins at two weeks, six weeks and three months. Replacement search at no charge if the position ends within 6 months.
Vetting
Completed for every candidate before any introduction. No exceptions for candidates already known to the agency.
Copies of the DBS certificate and qualifications are offered to the family before introduction, as UK employment agency regulations require.

Fees
Payable by the family once a placement is made. Candidates are never charged.

No VAT is charged.
Replacement guarantee: if the position ends within 6 months of the start date, whether by resignation or dismissal, a replacement search is carried out at no further charge.
